OFFLINE vs ONLINE edition migration
I just did an online edition migration from Standard to Enterprise, using DISM /online /set-targetedition and this removed the ADCS role. I have re-configured the ADCS role, then ran the ENABLELDAPREFERRALS. Stopped ADCS and it is not starting. It is giving me same "Class is not licensed" error as above. Boo.My bet is you either have to do OFFLINE upgrade using CD/USB or reinstall the server to Enterprise. Just so you know...

Hello,I had this situation so, i did login from the local admin accounts then i check the Properties of My Computer then it was showing as "Restart is on pending, after restart the computer name will be change".Finally i did restart and problem solved (Policy is applying will have up to 10-15 minutes so, wait after restart).Thank You!
