I think there a mistake in the text.it says under User must change password: Requires the user to change the password the next time that the user connects. The ability to change the password is provided by SQL Server Management Studio. Third-party software developers should provide this feature if this option is used.I think this should be NOT provided by SQL Server Management Studio. Becuase I can't find this option anywhere

I and many other users (judging from discussions on web forums) have had a lot of trouble giving Ubuntu access to the internet. Allowing the Hyper-V 'new virtual machine' dialog create an external switch does not do the trick. Ubuntu simply reports it is disconnected from the network when it runs. I found several answers on these discussions which did not work for me.
