I have been fighting this problem for ober a year.If you really want to no it is past that point ..What I have discovered is..The use of files (S1 user) that attach to recycle bin.. They are set to inheret privledge.You will also noticr that the security is setting more and more files to full for everyone and system and nothing else listed...They also use trusted installer privledge to do this and then clean up set back.. Then the big problem is in they use recyclere to reinstall or..Everything
