I've run this to add a child domain. The existing forest is w2008R2 and contains about 100 users and related data, and I can access it using an about 2Mbs Wan from the new server. The wizard is "upgrading AD data" from about 6 hours! Is this normal?
The process is not freezed and it's using 7-10% of CPU.
