hi regarding the Event Id 7036 I find when you add hand phone specially Sony Ericsson in Bluetooth device in the windows 7 file , watch when ,any active signal to your mobile (if hand set near to system) same time ,external mouse pointers hang for a few sec ,and error come up in viewer. i use DELL Studio and windows 7 ULTIMATE.
