Add the Create folder / append data permission

I found that you also need to add the Create folder / append data to the list "Domain Users, click Edit, select only Traverse Folder/Execute File, List folder /Read Data, Read Attributes, Read Extended Attributes, and Read Permissions" as without it the users are unable to automatically create the individual named folders to keep their redirected folders in.
