I had a similar call from someone recently claiming to be from Microsoft insisting there was something wrong with my PC. They said I needed to type in some commands to diagnose the problem, but the phone I was using was in a different room to my PC, so they said I need to move to my PC, at which point I said I couldn't. After that they kept insisting they could only help if I was at my PC entering commands. I obviously knew it was a scam, since we've had similar calls in the past claiming the sa
