I think that the comment by Microsoft that says "This is normal - no action is necessary" is not correct. I am having a problem with my backup program hanging, and every time, it logs this message in the event log. Something is wrong, but I can't figure out how to correct it. I've tried deleting shadow copies, but that hasn't helped.This is on a recently rebuild Windows 7 system using the Comcast Secure Backup and Share utility.
