Internet connection problem

Hello, I have been experiencing a problem from these past three days. In normal mode, my internet connection is said to fine and the signal strength is also very good but whenever I try to access to the internet by opening either Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, the internet doesn't seem to work. My internet only works in safe mode.I have made a full scan of several hours using Norton Internet Security and only minor threats were found, which I deleted immediately. Can you please help me ide
