I don't understand the notes under SMTP at all. it says "you should begin using System.Net.Smtp" but I can't find any other references to anything called System.Net.Smtp. If it did exist (or maybe it's a misprint and should be System.Net.Mail), from the name of it, it would be an API whereas IIS SMTP is a server process. Are MS seriously saying that when you get a windows server operating system you don't get an email server with it?
