@Trisha you're missing step #6 from the lower (customer) section.You need to get the CSV from the XPO folder on the AX 2012 installation media DatabaseUpgrade\XPO\MicrosoftElementsRenamed62.csv You then need to add /renameFile:MicrosoftElementsRenamed62.csv to your command and it will work.Alex
