The ClmUtil command line example does not work with ClmUtil (4.0.3606.2). ClmUtil.exe displays the following usage info instead:CLMUtil -addca AssemblyQualifiedName -name CaName -server ServerName [-templates TemplateList] [-config data]I.e. in addition to the arguments mentioned in the article it appears to expect a CaName and a ServerName. Also, the -addca argument doesn't take a dll file name; it expects a qualified assembly name.
