In the section "Increasing Access by Changing the
Containment Status of a Database" it lists three containment levels, NONE,
PARTIAL and FULL. I think we've got a bit ahead of ourselves as FULL is not a
valid containment level (yet?). See the CREATE DATABASE statement syntax for
valid values today.
