Just a heads-up to anybody attempting to use this to actually find deprecated code - it's a beating. IsSystem is frequently NULL, and I've had problems with system-based code (such as sp_helptext) triggering upwards of a dozen deprecation notices, including "Azeri_Cyrillic_90", "numbered_procedures", and "Korean_Wansung_Unicode", to name a few. I desperately wish there was a way it said "system code was called" so you would know to ignore it.
