This article is not updated inline to Windows Server 2012 DC. This article only refers to windows server 2008 and 2008 R2 DC but no reference to Windows Server 2012 DC. After testing in the lab I would like let you know that "to introduce a RODC in windows server 2003 forest its must to have writable DC of Windows Server 2008 or 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2012 DC.
