Another Possible Solution (Registry Edit)

If you are familiar with registry keys ... be careful when editing the registry keys always take a backup first IMPORTANT!!!!Look for the folder Printers [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers] Back- up this folder first !!!delete this entry if you see it and reboot then try and re-install your printer"KMPrintersAreBlocked"=dword:00000001
