In our case we had in DNS subdomain "voip.ADDomain.local" under zone "ADDomain.local" and was visible as normal folder (same as _tcp or _sites).After configuring new zone directly on DNS server with full zone name "voip.ADDomain.local", error disappeared.*ADDomain.local domain is fictive and in your case would be your FQDN defined in AD DS.
