Were to Copy Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.GatewayApprovalTool.exe Properly

This document doesn't tell you that you need to copy the Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.GatewayApprovalTool.exe AND Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.GatewayApprovalTool.exe.config to the <Install Path>\SystemCenter 2012\Operations Manager\Setep directory. once that's done, the exe works fine
