I found this whole section confusing once you get to the "Integration Services Service (SSIS Service)" topic. The subsections headings are different from the article titles and start explaining SSISDB but then switch gears to legacy MSDB. This was NOT clear to me initially and took a while of jumping around and forum reading to understand it. So be careful when you read that particular section as it starts mixing the new and the old without being clear.
