Disabling Fair Share CPU Scheduling

The above procedure to disable Fair Share CPU Scheduling states that you should set EnableDFFS registry value to 0, in fact it should be set as 1. Also you can disable it from a group policy template from Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Remote Desktop Services->Remote Desktop Session Host->Connections and enable the Turn off Fair Share CPU Scheduling setting
