On Guus's comment, I am able to do what the article suggests for "Fill" colors in Report builder 3.0, ie, "Transparent" is ok. I do agree with you that setting the MaximumPin to "TRUE" will let the pin go outside/beyond the maximum. Setting it to "FALSE" will let the pin stay at the maximum.Thank you for catching that. Most of us will probably miss it.
