Why does Example H show only "Europe" and "FR" and not "Europe" and "DE" for the "Region" and "Country", as a composite element? Same with Example D.OK, I got the reason why after wondering about this four months ago. The WHERE clause in Example D is looking for different conditions from the ones the WHERE clause in Example A is looking for.
