Not sure why this is not mentioned here, but there may be a need to permanently remove a user before the 30 days is up.Once a user has been deleted using the Remove-MsolUser command, you can use the following command to permanently remove them from the Recycle Bin.Remove-MsolUser-RemoveFromRecycleBin–ObjectIdObjectId It took me 3 days to find this, but it allowed me to get rid of an account that was preventing a successful migration.
