Why Does NOT a homgroup link each computers SHARED Folders?

The homegroup in windows is built up in a totally stupid way! Since it´s automatically set up to share each users PRIVATE FOLDERS!Your private folders are supposed to be just that: PRIVATE! (Where else would you save sencitive information if not in your private folders!)
