Manage full access right with Security groups

Exchange 2010 Build number 14.2.247.5When I grant Full Access permission to security groups the client who is member of the SG must be setup manually to show the mailbox in the client.If I grant Full Access permission to the user then Outlook shows the managed mailbox automatically. Is this solved in later builds or even SP3?Many thanks
