Delay in moving Team to new BU

There is a slight delay (60ms in my VM) before the team actually moves to new BU. I have tried for establish some check which can be done to ensure that the team has actually moved to new BU but noting works. The BU lookup in teams gets updated, all old roles are removed and the privilege counts becomes 0, but still any role assignment(from new BU) fails right after executing this request with message "The team belongs to a different business unit than the role." To make it work, use Thread.Slee
