Here's a thing I've always wondered; You call it a unique name, but it's not.
If you have a product that caters to both onpremise as well as Office365 organizations, you take the chance of the names being the same.
What I don't understand is that Microsoft seemed to have understood that fact when they introduced Online, generating a GUID as the unique name. However, onpremise unqiue names still remained .. nonunique. And now with Office365 they're just using the friendlyname again, which caus
