Need a script for setting Email forwarding for a list of users

We Need a script for setting Email forwarding for  a list of users. We have a list A of users who are moved to another domain B with their own email address.We need to shorten the process of setting them manually.The users span accross multiple databases. Goal :User List A (our domain) --> foward to --> User List B (Other Domain)Can any one give ideas.
