The xml segment to add the Computers control to the User UI should contain a binding path of Computer rather than Computer[S].
Should be:
{Binding Source=rights, Path=Computer}
...
{Binding Source=object, Path=Computer, Mode=TwoWay}
Create_User_New.xml needs correcting

My DVD+-RW drive no longer works after installing SP2
I installed Vista-32and my DVD+-R/W/RAM drive no longer works.
Device manager says
"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
I can remove the device, but after reboot or "scan for hardware changes" when the drive is found, it still has the same error.
This is on an eMachines system; the drive is described by Windows as HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH40F SCSI CdRom drive. (I'm pretty sure it is a SATA device).

Check NTFS security
Make sure you retain the correct NTFS file security. When I used Explorer to move my msdb files to another drive in Windows 2008, file security changed and SQL (2008 R2) was unable to open the file(s). I reran the the copy with Robopy, using the parameter '/copy:DS' (Data and Security), which will retain (and not delete and/or add additional) ACL-info.

how does routing work between VM?
how does routing work between VM from different virtual subnet? who will do the routing job? underlying hardware router? If so, we are still not decoupled from the underlying hardware because once the router was down, the rouing function will down.Any ideas?

Notification that Out-of-Office Assistant is On
I notice that the Out-of-Office Assistant in OL 2010 is supposed to notify you that it is on when you log back into the server. Unfortunately, some of my users do not see this notification. Is there a setting that could have accidentally gotten changed that would disable this feature?

A huge pain, but there's always a way...
$0
$0Windows Server 2008 R2 is a x64 bit OS. There’s no way around that. So what do you do when you want to share the printer to machines, such as XP or Win7, that may be 32-bit? Some printer manufacturers make this easy. RICOH, for example, is pretty straight forward:$0
$0
$0Download both 32-bit and x64 print drivers.$0
$0Install the printer, being sure to browse out to the recently downloaded drivers for x64.$0
$0Once installed, head to the properties > sharing > additional drivers

This is not a cmdlet
Get-Command Enable-UMMailbox clearly shows that this is a function. This is an important distinction when running in a restricted runspace. Rather than having the cmdlet directly available, I need to look up and source the initialization file(s) that load this function before being able to make use of it.
